We accept cancellation requests before the order is processed. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. Refunds are issued only for defective or incorrect products. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at order@zaafnur.com. Only Online Refund accepted, no cash return available.
